Kuwait based Islamic Bank – engaged with the bank’s business teams to help build new operational process flows, creating automated interfaces to the core systems and reduce dependence on front line staff to access the core systems. Helped prepare all the requirement specs for the BPM platform replacement initiative
A domestic NBFC spread across many states, cities and towns, which provide supply chain financing covering various priority sector areas of the economy. With rapid growth in their asset size, our role was to evaluate their platforms, processes and polices to help them prepare to scale up whilst adhering to stringent central bank guidelines. These necessitated drafting of future strategy, creation of policies and processes and the building of better platforms to accommodate growing volumes.
